On the first week of July/2006 we went to New York. Here are the pictures from our trip. Hector went on a business trip and Karla reached him on Friday afternoon. These pictures are from Saturday July 8th. The view from our hotel Unlike our stay in 2001, this time stayed at a nice hotel. This is the view from our room. Walking on Park Avenue Saturday morning we put on our walking shoes and off we went. The Metropolitan Museum of Art (Met) We spent most of Saturday at the Met. The building itself is a piece of art The African and Meso American section A Mayan exposition Auguste Rodin gallore Van Gogh, beautiful sculptures, people, you name it...we saw it! The roof of the Met Times Square After the Met we went to Times Square to buy tickets for a Broadway show. At nigth we went to see The Phantom of the Opera to the Majestic Theatre (sorry no pictures of that.) This was our first Broadway show and we had a lot of fun.
