Thanksgiving 2002 / Día de Acción de Gracias, 2002
This year, our friends Nancy and David invited us to celebrate Thanksgiving with them. We arrived when Nancy, had already finished most of the preparations.
We had shrimp ceviche and the in-famous Mojitos before dinner.
Look at that turkey!
Este año nuestros amigos Nancy y David nos invitaron a celebrar la tradición más importante para los americanos, el Día de Acción de Gracias, a finales de noviembre. Nancy se hizo cargo de la cocina y ¡vaya que todo le quedó muy rico!
De aperitivo, tuvimos un ceviche de camarón y mojitos (bebida con ron).
See? … This is proof that David had something to do in the kitchen.

It’s hard to tell here but there were a lot of yummy dishes around the table and some of us even had second servings.
NO se nota en la foto, pero hubo muchos acompañamientos deliciosos, así que aunque estábamos llenos, nos servimos dos veces.
